One question, for the V1 corepack, nothing is being ripped from that pack right? I download the corepack v1, but it seems the video cutscene is not there.

No, the cut scenes are not touched. It is a problem with the original game itself, you get a blackscreen with subtitles instead of the cut scenes. A fix is being released for this soon. So stay tuned :)

ReplyDeletez000_us.win32.wmp --> is the intro video
whenever you come across a new cut-scene, for example, after intro the next cut-scene is in z002_us.win32.wmp
So rename "z000_us.win32.wmp" to "z000_us.win32.wmp.old" and then rename "z002_us.win32.wmp" to "z000_us.win32.wmp".
After that run the game and then you can watch that next cut-scene during intro. You have to do this everytime when the game loads a new cut-scene so that you can watch it.
It will mostly be a patch :)

Download FIX (10 KB) using IDM, don't open in browser - http://goo.gl/2JYOsR
move the fix file to "white_data" of your Final Fantasy XIII game folder
and then rename "movie" folder to "orig_movie"
after that run the fix from "white_data" folder and wait until it writes fixed cut-scenes to newly created "movie" folder.
Once its finished, play the game with cut-scenes :)
